Instructions
 

  • 1. Prepare the Marinade
    In a large mixing bowl, combine:
    Olive oil
    Lemon juice
    Minced garlic
    Oregano
    Thyme
    Paprika
    Salt and black pepper
    Whisk together until fully blended.
    Add beef cubes to the bowl. Toss to coat completely.Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours for deeper flavor.
    Alternate beef cubes, onions, peppers, and tomatoes on skewers for colorful variety.
    Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.Cook skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until beef is done to your liking and veggies are slightly charred.
    Let the skewers sit for 5 minutes before serving.Optional: Add a final drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of fresh herbs, or crumbled feta.
